EU hosting, data minimisation, and access control are standard here and built in from the start. For most mid-market use cases, the AI Act classes them as "limited risk" and the conformity effort is manageable. We deliver the check with it.
Depending on the region, parts can be funded. Particularly relevant for the Frankfurt area is the DIGI-Zuschuss Hessen: 50 percent of the cost, up to €10,000. On top of that come the BAFA consulting subsidy for the early phase, the Digitalbonus Bayern, or, in Austria, aws AI Adoption.
