Frequently asked questions about contracting
How quickly can you fill a role?
Depending on the profile, usually within a few days to two weeks. Common roles such as iOS, Android or backend are faster than rare specialists.
What does an external developer cost with you?
Billing is by day rate or monthly, depending on role, seniority and whether onshore or nearshore. We give you the specific rate after a short conversation about the role.
Onshore, nearshore, offshore — what do you offer?
Permanently employed senior engineers in Germany and, on request, our European nearshore network, all German-speaking. We do not offer offshore.
What contract model do you work with?
Project-based, via a service or work contract. We clarify which form fits based on the task and duration.
Is there a minimum term?
We work around your needs, from short-term cover to long-term reinforcement. Remote is the norm, on-site is possible.
How do you vet developers before an engagement?
Through interviews, reference projects and a technical review. You see the profile and speak with the person before the start.
What happens if a developer doesn't fit the team?
Then we replace them. We agree this bindingly at the outset so you carry no risk.
Can we take someone on permanently later?
Yes, a permanent hire can be arranged. We discuss the terms openly.

How do you protect our data when using external developers?
With an NDA, access only to what's needed and work within the EU data space. For sensitive environments, we agree the access rules with you in advance.
